Restoration Complete

Restoration of the east wall and sanctuary is finally complete and the church once again looks magnificent.  The work has cost about £200,000, roughly half of  which has been borrowed. We have been very fortunate that Archbishop Desmond Tutu played an active role as Patron of our Restoration Appeal. He came to dedicate our new wall at our Patronal Festival on 20th May 2007.  Fundraising is continuing and we have had some successful events as well as some generous donations but we still need to raise almost £100,000.
